Making a Complaint to SWCAP

The Service aims to provide counselling with consideration and respect for all involved, to act within the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and to follow the procedures of the University of South Wales. Therefore if someone has concerns about their counselling or is unhappy with the service provided they may complain using the following procedure to seek a resolution to their issue.

All complaints made by clients will be taken seriously and given due consideration.
